Cozy and bright studio

This is definitely the coziest of our apartments!

Very peaceful and bright, with a lot of light, it will be a real second home to all of its guests!

 

This is a newly renovated 40 m2 studio apartment which consists of a living room with a large sofa-bed (160x200), combined with the sleeping area, with a comfortable 160 cm bed. There is also a kitchen with a cooker and a microwave, and a dining table for 4.

 

The kitchen is equipped with all the utensils and kitchenware you will need during your stay, and there are also some basic supplies for cooking, like coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt and pepper.

 

The bathroom is equipped with a spacious shower.

 

Since there is a comfortable sofa-bed in the living room, (160x200), the apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons.

High-speed wi-fi and cable TV are available in the apartment. There is a hair dryer, a washer-dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Apartment has central heating and air condition. Towels and bedlinen are included and changed weekly for our guests.

The main entrance door is situated n the 3rd floor, and there is one more flight of stairs leading to the apartment itself, so it is effectively on the 4th floor (there is no elevator!).
